PICK OF THE WEEK
Trust the Man – Has an unbelievably dumb and forgettable title, but it's one of the funnier movies this summer. I think it's the best thing David Duchovny has done since The X-files. The ending is a little hokey but it's a lot of fun getting there.
How to Eat Fried Worms – This one is gonna gross out a lot of parents, but Jack, and the other kids we saw it with, thought it was a real hoot. Nothing earthshaking, but it's very well done.
Invincible – What can I say? I'm a sucker for well done, uplifting sports stories, and that's exactly what this movie is. I'm also a big fan of Mark Wahlberg.
Beerfest – Better, or worse, than you would think.
