1. TO ENTER: Enter one of two ways: 1) To enter go to contests.html and follow the online instructions by providing your first name, last name, email address and answer to the following question: "What is the name of Lindsay's former partner?"; between 12:00AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 04/18/07 and 11:59PM ET on 05/15/07. Only online entrants that provide the correct answer will be eligible for the prize drawing. For online entries, only an email address subscribed to and registered in an entrant's name may be used by such entrant. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of United States and Canada (void in Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older as of 04/18/07. Sweepstakes not open to employees, and their families, of Sponsor or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, participating sponsor or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes (collectively the "Affiliated Parties"). This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) grand prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 05/24/07 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail, email or phone at the address/number provided. If a Canadian resident is selected, he/she will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in order to be eligible for the prize.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winners: Each grand prize winner will have his or her name appear in a future Patterson novel. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $0. For all prizes: No warranty or guarantee will be given by Sponsor with respect to any prize. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacturer's or service provider's terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such entity for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. Winners will be sent an affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release. This affidavit must be signed, notarized and received by Sponsor within 10 days of winner notification, or the prize package will be deemed forfeited.
